How it Works:
1) Contact Me via the Contact form:

I will then call you to discuss your goals and the proposed place to exercise. I want to answer any questions you may have and to learn some more about you to make sure you are a good candidate for a program before scheduling a consultation.

2) Your Consultation:
We will meet to learn more about your health history, set goals and map out your Mindset, Nutrition and Training Program. This is where we get into the logistics of your program. Most importantly, we need to make sure that you are the right fit for a Transformation Program and that both you and Bill “gel well” to work together efficiently.

3) You begin to change the direction of your LIFE!
