All programs run on 4 week intervals, can be scheduled up to 12 weeks in advance AND are in a package format including all components of the Mindset + Nutrition + Training explained below!

 

Fat Loss Transformation
4-Weeks of Fitness Training (6 Sessions per week, 24 sessions in total)
Sessions are 30-60 minutes in length.
$2250.00

4-Weeks of Fitness Training (3 Sessions per week, 12 sessions in total)
Sessions are 30-60 minutes in length.
$1500.00

 

Before and After Personal Training
4-Weeks of Fitness Training (5 Sessions per week, 20 sessions in total)
Sessions are 60-90 minutes in length.
$2500.00

4-Weeks of Fitness Training (4 Sessions per week, 16 sessions in total)
Sessions are 60-90 minutes in length.
$2000.00

 

Weight Loss Expectations
1) Your Initial Conversation to learn more:
An associate will call you after completing the Contact Form to discuss your goals. We want to answer any questions and to learn some more about you to make sure you are a good candidate for a program before scheduling a consultation.

2) Your Consultation & Assessments ($150.00):
We will meet to learn more about your health history using an in-depth personal fitness goal questionnaire which also addresses sleep, nutrition, weight history, diet history, lifestyle changes,  nutrition evaluation and mindset assessment. We assess pain, anxiety, tension, body movements and body-fat analysis.This is where we get into the possible logistics of your program. Most importantly, we need to make sure that you are the right fit for a Transformation Program and that both you and Bill “gel well” to work together efficiently.

3) Your Detailed Program Design:
Following the assessment your specific Mindset + Nutrition + Training Program will be designed and fit around your unique needs. You will discuss it and schedule your start date.

4) Your Mindset Training:

You will work with Bill in a program format that he outlines and shows you how to perform on your own. This takes little time to do  however, using small simple steps will begin to change your Mindset to empower you toward success. *Mindset training is also performed during your fitness training if needed.

5) Your Nutrition Training Training:
You will be shown how to eat right using a meal plan format that can be used for a lifestyle change. This also comes with counseling and accountability discussions at the time of every fitness training session. (By the way, you can enjoy free day meals too!)

6) Your Exercise Training Routine:
You will work with Bill by using the designed Cardio and/or Strength Training techniques during your sessions. The include numerous structures such as motivational support, expert supervision & safety along with program format logging.

7) Weekly Measurements:

Progress is made where it’s measured! You will enjoy seeing results weekly!

8) Privacy:
Unless discussed differently your training will remain private. If you so choose, Bill has or will sign your non-disclosure agreement if you wish to keep your training undisclosed.

9) You get access to Bill as needed:
Of course at a reasonable rate, you will have full access to Bill, so when you need anything during your program outside of training sessions, you will get what you need, when you need it.

10) The Best Part of Your Day!
This may be the simplest most effective accomplishment you’ve ever had. These programs are fast and efficient because of the designed format NOT because you will be in discomfort all of the time. Your sessions will be brief, objective and complete so you can move on with your valuable time. You’re going to have some fun!
